I am a Graduate of Westminster Hotel School in London.
Early in my career I worked in a number of large London Hotels becoming a General Manager in my own right. I opened (at the time) the largest Holiday Inn Hotel in Europe with a staff of 160.

The Cold Chef Catering Company was established in 2005 in Barnards Green, Malvern. We have a shop that sells homemade soups, hand baked quiches, sausage rolls, cakes and fresh baked baguettes and sandwiches.
